Yoga is a practice which guides us into an intuitive and dignified relationship with ourselves and our surroundings.
This therapy session offers enjoyable breathing practices, comprehensive instruction on moving with ease in your body using ancient principles of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Taoism, and simple techniques which can be incorporated in to your daily practice at home, to maintain your health through self study and intuition. You will feel rejuvenated and nourished as well as empowered and well guided. My sessions are designed to give you opportunity for growth and relaxation, I offer numerous options and encourage you to feel your way through the process let your body and breath be your guide.
ABOUT SHAMSA: Yoga therapy has given to me a sense of freedom and connectivity that I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring and deepening. It has unlocked the doorway to unlimited freedom and space for growth within myself, leaving me with a deep experience of truth and gratitude for nature, animals and other humans.
This is the journey I would like to share with you, not only because I believe you will gain similar experience and more, but also because the knowledge of these ancient practices should be preserved to encourage dignity for all life forms on our planet.
